We offer a trial assessment for new customers or dogs returning after a break. We assess behaviour, stress levels, food intake, and handling comfort — and share honest feedback to help you make the best decision for your dog.

We welcome viewings by appointment between 12:30pm – 2:30pm, seven days a week. This ensures minimal disruption to our boarders and dedicated staff support during your visit.
